1. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Delivery Times: Orders for items in stock in our Belgian warehouse will be delivered within 2 weeks. Orders for items not in stock may take up to 40 days to arrive. In case of delays due to stock availability, we will promptly inform the client and offer an option to cancel the order.

2. Waiver of Client's Standard Terms

Clients agree to waive their own standard terms and conditions in favor of these terms upon placing an order with EcoSippers.

3. Payment Terms

Invoice Payment: Our invoices are payable within 20 days after delivery of the product, unless a different timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order confirmation.
Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a fixed interest of 5% of the outstanding amount.
Debt Recovery: If payment is outstanding for more than 60 days past the due date, we reserve the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All associated legal expenses will be borne by the client.

4. Legal and Tax Compliance

Withholding Tax: Clients are responsible for any withholding tax as per their country’s legislation. The full invoice amount is due to EcoSippers regardless of any country-specific costs.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Boxes can be returned if they are unopened and still in good shape. Within 30 days we will refund the sales value of the box.
